The web is an awesome place and I get to make it. That is what I tell everyone who asks me what I do for a living. I've been passionate about the web since I was thirteen and I still teach myself more about it whenever I can.
Converted a Drupal 6 site to Drupal 7 and fell in love with Drupal ever since. Nowadays, every web application we develop is written for Drupal 7.
Writing web applications and regular websites for a university college in Antwerp (Belgium). Mostly custom code (no framework) and some CodeIgniter.
Started working for PUC while studying Journalism there. General webmastery stuff and some PHP applications.
Set out on the path of journalism because I'm a very opinionated guy and it seemed like something right up my alley. Loved the change of menu and got my degree without too much effort.
Started my uni career studying what I mostly already knew. Quickly got bored as hell and gave up to find something more sexy. Who uses a pencil anyway?
A collegue of mine designed the new layout in PhotoShop after which I wrote the HTML and CSS for it. The site itself runs on a custom CMS written by the University of Antwerp.
This customer wanted a simple corporate website to show their beautiful office park. I animated a neat interactive map based on a custom post type.
My father's chemicals company. He desperately needed to leave his current web firm so my apprentice and I cooked up a WordPress solution for him.
Work in progress. The University of Antwerp was impressed with my work for PUC and asked if I wanted to slice their new design as well.
